It’s easy! Customize your experience by selecting the months in the academic year when you would like your student to receive a fygböx (up to three in the fall, three in the winter/spring, and two “finals” boxes). Enter a few details about your student and payment info, and we will take care of the rest.

“fyg” stands for feed your genius™. We’re not your run-of-the-mill college student gift box (they can buy junk food for themselves), but curated surprises (around six per box) for your student and to share with friends. fygböx provides original, fun items to help fuel your student’s academic success and college experience.

Each fyböx is thoughtfully curated with around six cool, hip and clever items. The products are road-tested by our student ambassadors, regularly refreshed and updated, so we do not provide a standard list of contents. It really is a surprise.  We do include some carefully selected food items, but this is definitely not your traditional gift basket. It’s the college care package, elevated.

Yes, you select a male or female fygböx.

We know that our students’ addresses change frequently, so we will send you a friendly reminder to verify or update the mailing address before your box ships.

Just sign-in to your account and update the shipping address. Let us know if you have forgotten your password.

Now, we do not customize a fygböx for special dietary requirements.  All products are labeled and arrive in their original packaging.

Yes. When you order your first fygböx, you will receive a link in your confirmation email so you can include a personal message for your student.

You are billed for each fygböx on the first calendar day of the month in which it is shipped.

What you see is what you pay. Standard shipping is always free in the contiguous United States.  We do charge a one dollar “membership” fee to get started (we gather up all of these one dollars and donate them – see giving back).

Yes. You can use your existing account and will be prompted to add another student before check-out.

Yes. Simply check the box on the order page to indicate the month you would like your fygböx sent.

No, but there are opportunities for special items to be sent to your student separately as an add-on.

You can cancel your order at any time. Log into your account or call us at 1-844-4FYG-BOX (1-844-439-4269).

We only accept returns if your fygböx is substantially damaged on receipt. The returner must notify us within seven days of receipt at info@fygbox.com or 1-844-4FYG-BOX (844-439-4269), obtain a return authorization (RA) number, and pay for the return postage. All items in the box must be intact & unopened.
